Instructions

  1. Write down the big benefits of what you do (ex: save the family house, prevent lawsuits before they begin, etc...)
  2. List a step-by-step process for how to accomplish this. Pretend you are teaching a classroom full of law students. Don't talk about your products and services.
  3. Talk about the different types of solutions on the market - competing firms, other types of competitors, do-it-yourselfers, etc...
  4. Address any types of resistance that might come up on a sales call, such as unspoken "elephants in the room."
